SITIPLAY (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting user privacy. This policy describes our practices regarding the data handled by the SITIPLAY Android TV application. SITIPLAY does not collect personal registration details (such as names or phone numbers) directly through the App.

1. Information We Collect & Use

• Device ID: We collect a unique Device Identifier (Android ID) solely for re-authentication. This allows our system to recognize your device and maintain your login session without requiring repeated manual entry.
• Subscription Status: The App verifies your active subscription through your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Registration is handled via our website or through your operator.
• No IP Collection: We do not collect or store your IP address on our servers.

2. CCTV & Local Network Features

The App includes a CCTV viewer feature (CameraActivity).

• Local Operation: This feature functions strictly within your Local Area Network (LAN).
• No Cloud Storage: We do not record, upload, or transmit video feeds from your CCTV cameras to our servers. All camera data remains on your private network.

3. Cloud PC (MyPC) & Web Services

The "MyPC" feature provides access to a Third-Party Cloud-hosted PC service.

• WebView Integration: For a faster and smoother experience, SITIPLAY opens the Cloud PC service via an integrated Web View.
• Third-Party Management: The Cloud PC infrastructure is managed by a third-party provider. SITIPLAY does not store or monitor your remote desktop activity, files, or login credentials entered within the Cloud PC session.
• Encryption: Traffic within the session is handled via the third-party provider's secure protocols.

4. Education & Kids Content

The "Education" and "Kids" sections aggregate content for family and educational use.

• Web Content (WebView): The Education section may load third-party educational portals. SITIPLAY does not collect credentials or data entered into these third-party websites.
• Third-Party Apps: Clicking links to services like YouTube, Jio Hotstar, Z5, or others redirects you to their respective platforms, governed by their own privacy policies.

5. App Permissions

To provide core services, the App requires:

• INTERNET: To stream media and verify account status.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: To monitor connectivity and ensure smooth playback.

6. Third-Party Services

The App provides shortcuts to various third-party OTT platforms. SITIPLAY does not control these services. Once you leave our App or interact with third-party web content, their specific privacy policies apply.

7. Data Security

We use secure API protocols to transmit the Device ID for authentication. Because we do not collect sensitive personal data within the app, the risk to user privacy is minimized.
